Role Purpose:
To provide essential administrative, operational, and programme support to AMMA Foundation’s expanding initiatives, including the HOPE Initiative, ensuring efficient processing, timely communication, and strong coordination to uphold the Foundation’s credibility and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate records of all applications, disbursements, and follow-ups.
- Manage filing, document handling, data entry, and general office tasks.
- Assist with financial documentation and reporting as required.
Programme Coordination
- Support the implementation of AMMA Foundation programmes, including logistics and scheduling.
- Monitor timelines and support follow-ups with students, donors, and partners.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, proposals, and communications.
Stakeholder Communication
- Respond to enquiries from applicants, recipients, and partners professionally and promptly.
- Assist with email correspondence, phone communication, and meetings.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers, including for IT, facilities, and supplies.
Operational Support
- Help coordinate events, board meetings, and site visits.
- Support digital transition initiatives (e.g., e-filing, basic content updates).
- Contribute to planning and layout of community centre space, as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Fresh graduates who are tech-savvy, passionate about engaging with people and with interest to build a career in Non Government Organisations/Foundations are encouraged to apply
- 1–2 years' experience in administration, non-profit, or education sector preferred.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
