The List of programmes under the HOPE Initiative, intake dates, number of scholarships available, fee amount waived by the University or College and the remaining amount payable by student is listed below of this Agreement.
The selection process will be jointly managed by a Joint Selection Committee, ensuring transparency and fairness. The criteria will include:
Qualified applicants will be invited for a face-to-face or an online interview between applicant and the Joint Selection Committee.
Closing Date for Application is one month before the intake date for the programme you are applying for, whichever is earlier unless stated specifically on each programme.
1. Purpose & Scope
The Education Access Partner is authorised solely to promote awareness of AMMA Foundation’s scholarship and financial assistance programmes to eligible students under its care and supervision, and to facilitate outreach in accordance with AMMA Foundation’s mission, values, and guidelines. This designation does not confer authority to approve, endorse, select, or guarantee any scholarship awards.
2. Permitted Activities
The Education Access Partner undertakes to:
a) Share accurate, up-to-date information on AMMA Foundation’s education assistance programmes as provided by AMMA Foundation;
b) Refer interested and potentially eligible students to AMMA Foundation through prescribed channels;
c) Encourage ethical, transparent, and non-coercive engagement with students and guardians;
d) Protect the dignity, welfare, and best interests of students at all times.
3. Prohibited Conduct
The Education Access Partner shall not:
a) Represent itself as an agent, decision-maker, or approving authority of AMMA Foundation;
b) Collect any fees, commissions, donations, or inducements from students or families in connection with AMMA Foundation programmes;
c) Misrepresent eligibility criteria, benefits, outcomes, or selection processes;
d) Use AMMA Foundation’s name, logo, or materials in a misleading, defamatory, political, or commercial manner;
e) Promise or imply guaranteed outcomes, preferential treatment, or influence over selection decisions.
4. Safeguarding, Ethics & Compliance
The Education Access Partner undertakes to:
a) Comply with all applicable laws, child safeguarding standards, and data protection requirements;
b) Obtain appropriate consent from parents/guardians before sharing any student information with AMMA Foundation;
c) Maintain confidentiality of personal data and use it solely for the stated purpose;
d) Promptly notify AMMA Foundation of any safeguarding concerns, conflicts of interest, or material issues arising in the course of outreach activities.
5. Use of AMMA Foundation Brand & Materials
Use of AMMA Foundation’s name, logo, and materials is permitted solely for approved outreach purposes and in accordance with brand guidelines issued by AMMA Foundation. No modification or co-branding is permitted without prior written approval.
6. Term, Review & Revocation
AMMA Foundation Education Access Partner recognition takes effect from the date of issue of certificate and remains valid for the duration of the Partner’s recognition, unless earlier revoked. AMMA Foundation reserves the right to review, suspend, or withdraw the Education Access Partner designation at its discretion in the event of non-compliance or reputational risk.
7. No Agency or Legal Relationship
Nothing in this recognition creates an agency, employment, joint venture, or financial relationship between the parties. The Education Access Partner acts independently and bears sole responsibility for its own operations and conduct.
